I just have never been a fan of the graphic novels. The dragons are drawn moving more like people. And just the designs aren't great. I love the backgrounds and world design, but the characters are ugly. These are the only wof books I don't really ever want to buy. I still haven't bought any of them beyond the Brightest Night graphic novel.

It’s been a good 8 years since I last read a Warriors book, and at 20, there’s a part of me that wants to just go back and reread it all. I lost interest around AVoS, and I mighta spoiled it for myself by reading the TLDR in one go, but I could still read it again. Though I will say, I do reread “Crookedstar’s Promise” every now and then. Crookedstar is awesome, for one, and for another, Mapleshade. Nuff said.

If you watch Korean Dramas you'd understand why the guy characters in some anime have a sus relationship like this. The love drama soap sus stuff like this, it's an Asian thing culture wise and especially with women being the main pushers and consumers of that particular type of affection. Women love stories with bromance for some reason. It's also the same with girl on girl. It's actually relatively common. You can look up any main character duo and I guarantee you'll find a gay or lesbian version of their ships together. Even girl variations. That kinda makes your statement about not everything has to be gay when it's actually already a thing is kinda silly because that's exactly what straight people been trying to say, but it falls on deaf ears and we get stoned for it.😂😂😂 Just saiyan. It's literally done to everyones characters from all anime. It's sites and pages dedicated to it specifically.

What honestly blows my mind is that the writing team managed to get away with messing up a fundamental aspect of writing multiple POVs (that each POV should serve a purpose and you should eliminate characters' perspectives that aren't interesting or relevant) and still somehow managed to get SIX books worth of it published, while there are writers out there who may have better handling on multiple POVs that aren't getting their work published because of the stigma against this writing style.

I guess now I understand why I always really liked Dearly Beloved.
